The following nations officially no longer make use of the death penalty (or never have done in the first place).

the City of North-West Ariddia The death penalty has been abolished for all crimes.
the Sovereign Village of San Adriano The death penalty has been abolished for all crimes.


List of nations which are abolitionist in practice

The following nations retain the death penalty in theory, but no longer apply it in practise.

Fbrenia The country has had no government for several decades. In theory, the death penalty remains, but there is no working legal system to apply it.
the Sovereign State of West Ariddia The death penalty has not been abolished, but is never applied. In theory, it is still applicable to murder and high treason.
