Isk'hi'anda

Isk'hi'anda is a village of the Ijihiu, natives of Kirav's Southern Tundra. The economy revolves arounds ice-fishing and oceanic hunting, making the villagers dependant upon their felloe tribesmen in the nearby settlement of Icěkrěa, a more modern community, for other goods. The tiny village is notable because of the discovery of nuclear warheads on the ocean floor by Isk'hi'anda's hunters in an unidentified shipwreck.
