James XXIII (James Alexander Henry Stranburg), born on 12th March 1954, is Head of the Imperial Pastan Lands and Emperor of Macaronia and Raviolia. He is the unquestioned Soverign ruler of the Empire of Macaronia and Raviolia, Grand Duchy of Malokov and the Grand Duchy of Ralakov.
He became Head of the Imperial Pastan Lands and Emperor upon the death of his father, Emperor Alexander II, on 21st January 1998. Over 1 billion people are citizens of the nations of which he is Head of State, the most populous being the Empire itself.
