The Republikk av Kapitolska (Republic of Kapitolska) is a small nation within the Meritocracy founded after the Great Exodus from Capitollium and the destruction of that larger country. The Republikk is a theocratic republic lead by His Eminence the Patriarch of the Meritocratic Catholic Church.
