Kartika

Kartikais the capital of the Kiravian Empire. It lies in the Mid-Eastern part of the nation Kirav.

Description

Kartika was a major city of Kirav until it was abandoned during a war. It was then repopulated and made the capital. As the Capital, Kartika attracts visitors from all over the empire, coming to participate in government, see historic sites, or sample the city's shop's and resturaunts. Large, Georgian Architecture,light-grey stone office buildings dominate the cityscape. They house governmental seats and city facilities. 47% of Kartika's residents are employed in either Government or Municipal concerns.
