Kellin Stein (born 01 January 1959) is an Morindiran politican. During part of Natolya M'Kai's term as Praetor, Stein served as the Chancellor to the Interior.

Born in Harbat-ben-Haddad, H'darra, Stein graduated from Haddad Secondary school and received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the Southern Ram University in February 1981. From July 1981 to September 1984, she served in the Morindiran Naval Reserve, with active duty as an ensign in the Atlantic Theater. She attended Southern Ram University Law School from 1984-1986, where she was the founder of the SRU Law Review.

From October 1987 to September 1989, Stein served as law clerk to Justice Nadia Clerk of the Morindiran Supreme Judiciary. Stein served as Undersecretary to the Interior of Morindira from June 1990 until 20 January, 1992.

Stein was sworn in on 26 February, 1992, as the Chancellor to the Interior and served in that position until 13 March 2000. As Chancellor, she is credited with skillfully negotiating the release of 52 Morindiran hostages in Isenha-Raad. She also spearheaded the Arendor-Morindiran relations with the Aridnirom and Bajina, and helped to win ratification of the Taegras treaties. Praetor Mahalia Kelladai awarded her the Medal of Justice, the nation's highest civilian award, on 16 January 1998.

In 1997, Stein served as Chair of the Independent Commission on the New Turin Police Department, New Turin Police Department in the aftermath of the 1997 New Year riots, which were approved overwhelmingly by the Party.

Ms. Stein is married to the former Abryan (Wyllis) Stein. She has four children Lyn, Helin, Summer, and Chance. She has written In the Stream of History: Shaping Foreign Policy for a New Era (1995), and Chances of a Lifetime (2001).
