Kicaeria
The Democratic Republic of Kicaeria (kick-er-REE-ah) is a fledgling nation with a turbulent past. As time marches on, Kicaeria's leaders must strike a delicate balance between honoring the old system and preserving its customs, and advancing her socially, economically, and militarily. Though patriotic by necessity, many of her citizens look back nostalgically to bygone days of glory, and hope. Hard times lie ahead for Kicaeria's people: after all, there is capitalism to promote, democracy to foster, and an empire to regain. Will the Ordo Novus triumph, or will history repeat itself? Only time will tell.
