Kingston (Kelssek)

Kingston is the provincial capital of Konoha. Located on the northern shore of Lake Konoha where it is joined by the Firith river, it has a population of 1.9 million. Kingston is home to the National Military College of Kelssek, the military institution for training officers of the Kelssek Forces, and the University of Kingston.
Kingston was the first capital of the Guedian Kingdom, before King Erland II relocated it to Neorvins in the 14th century. The old section of the city is designated a national heritage zone for its historical value.
