The State is one of the largest empires in the region and the State is ever continuing to expand due to advanced technology and the hold of the monopolies in off-world industry then any other nation in the Democratica combined. The Caldari State Armed Forces were still on the cutting edge of weapons technology and with the new Titan-Class Destroyer, the Navy is one of the most powerful in the region. Crime was almost totalled destroyed but internal terrorism has increased in the last decade. As of March 2nd, 2006; President Yakiva Tovia-Toba died and in his dying request he asked for the nation to turn into a democracy with a plutocratic twist. The Democratic Plutocracy was born.

Isa Neri becomed Emperor Isa I. The new government emanated the racial laws for reducing men's rights. Kofnar changed name ("The Holy Female Empire of Kofnar") and flag.
