Isa Neri becomed Emperor Isa I. The new government emanated the racial laws for reducing men's rights. Kofnar changed name ("The Holy Female Empire of Kofnar") and flag.

The council is formed by 500 universally elected representant and an Head of Council. Actually only women are admitted to the Council. The Emperor and the Council have the legislative power, and laws are emanated if more of the 60% of the Council and the Emperor agree. The esecutive and giudiciary powers is assigned to the OKO.
