The Kontil Corp International (KCI) is a megacorporation of The Holy Empire of Kontiltan. The God-Emperor BigGator5 holds controlling interest in KCI and secures his power in the empire through the conglomerate.

KCI employs 60% of the empire's civilian population and 70% of the market in Kontiltan.

They specialize in Uranium Mining and Military Equipment/Weapons, but do a lot of other things in the empire. They are currently in the process of brunching out into other nations in the region.

History

The KCI started out as a medium uranium mining corporation, but became a megacorporation under the direction of BigGator5 when he took control of the company. It's presence is now felt through-out the empire, because they are now in 70% of the market in Kontiltan.

Current CEO: Elizabeth Jong-Il - A brilliant woman who has oversaw the expansion of the KCI under the direction of BigGator5. There are some rumors that she is also the emperor's on and off lover. Those who spread the rumor sometimes disappear.

Arms Trade

KCI produces both military equipment and weapons to the empire. Once something becomes obsolete to Kontiltan, KCI is free to sell the surplus to any nation.

By law, all company officers are held reasonable for either Equipment and Weapons quality that they oversee. They also have to keep costs as low as they can.

Equipment

KCI makes everything to body armor to vehicles for the Kontiltan Empire's military. They even developed a HUD in helmets for military personal, that prevents confusion and friendly-fire during combat. The small emitter in the helmet has spacial and classify security measures, so it does not fall into enemy hands.

Weapons

The KCI makes a wide range of weapons:

  • M6D HE Automatic Pistol: An automatic side arm. Fires a 12.7 x 33mm semi-armor-piercing high-explosive bullet. The M6D has a 12 round magazine and the ability to link up to suit or helmet optics to create a 2x optical smart-link scope.
  • M6C Magnum: A standard semi-automatic side arm for civilian personnel or the open arms market. Fires 12.7 x 33mm semi-armor-piercing ammunition from a 12-round magazine. The stripped-down, cheaper C variant lacks a scope, limiting its range.
  • M7 Caseless Sub-Machine Gun: A short-range submachine gun that fires 5 x 28 mm caseless rounds from a 60-round magazine at a cyclic rate of 1500 rpm.
  • MA5B Assault Rifle: A short range assault rifle designed with a small LCD screen to display remaining rounds and relative "north." The MA5B has a 60 round magazine of 7.62 x 51 mm ammunition. Currently for sale on the open market.
  • MA5C Assault Rifle: A newer version of the venerable MA5B with a reduced clip of 32 rounds but with longer range and more accuracy than its forebearer.
  • MA5K Assault Rifle: A cut down version of the MA5B.
  • MA2B Carbine: A carbine version of the MA5B assault rifle that could be adapted to use a silencer. Fires 7.62 x 51 mm ammunition.
  • BR55 Battle Rifle: A battle rifle with a 3-round-burst setting and a 36 round magazine. Fires 9.5 x 40mm rounds. Normally fitted with a 2x optical scope with smart-link feature.
  • M90 Pump-action Shotgun: A standard issue, pump action shotgun, firing 8-gauge magnum buckshot shells. It can carry up to 12 rounds of ammunition. The buckshots are only effective at short range. (0-25m).
  • SRS99C S2-AM Sniper Rifle: A semiautomatic magazine-fed sniper rifle. The rounds can travel up to 1500 meters and the optic connection through the hand can give the visor a 2x or 5x or 10x zoom. Carries four 14.5 x 114 mm kinetic energy penetrator (or Armour piercing fin stabilized discarding sabot) rounds per magazine.
  • M19 SSM Rocket Launcher: A two-shot, double-barreled shoulder-launched rocket launcher that fires high explosive projectiles. Has since been upgraded with a tracking system.
  • M9 HE-DP Fragmentation Grenade: Standard issue fragmentation grenade.
  • W/AV M6 Grindell/Galileian Nonlinear Rifle: A high-powered anti-vehicle particle beam weapon recently developed by the KCI. Has a brief charge time before firing a very powerful beam that can destroy any vehicle or infantry it strikes.

Uranium Mining

Uranium Mining is top on the KCI's priorities.

There are currently 77 active Uranium Mines through-out the empire. Each of them have the highest security, even more so than the imperial palace.

Black Market

For those in the know, there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Uranium Mining. Even if it is highly discouraged, there are three illegal Uranium Mines. They are small enough not to draw the ire of the empire.
