Kontilta is both the capital of Kontiltan and Blood Gulch Chronicle Regional Civil Headquarters. The KCI also calls this city home and has a huge plaza as their headquarters. The city is often called The Emerald Crown.
Citizens from across the Empire all want to live in the city. Since they live to both serve the Emperor (not to mention other regional leaders) and carry out his will, they enjoy being in his favor.

History
When the God-Emperor BigGator5 first came to this world, Kontilta was the first city he took over. He rename the city and name it his capital.
Today it is a mega-city that serves the Empire, the region, and the KCI.
Three Jewels
The Three Jewels of Kontilta, is the nickname of the three most important buildings in the the city. The name first came from the military in the form of code words for the buildings, to better secure them.
There is a strict no-fly zone in effect and a strong anti-missile defense to protect the capital from attack.
Kontiltan Keep
Kontiltan Keep is BigGator5's personal residence (which is located on the top ten floors) and central government seat. It is a fortress of a building, that spans four normal city blocks and is rated to withstand a kiloton explosion before it will collapsed. It is a white in color and has a large green K painted on the north side.

KCI complex is really two buildings, each 110 levels and both right next to each other.
