The Holy Empire of Kumlali is ruled by a "God-Emperor", who not only rules the country with an iron fist, but is also worshiped and feared. It's a rather small nation, which is in an alliance of convenience with 3 other nations (Cryuslix, Osiri, and Dragondane) in The Prime Mountains. It's national animal is the King Cobra, which is considered by the populace as a symbol of power and respect. Kumlali keeps its citizens pacified and "content" by drugging them, and occasionally executing problematic people. It maintians healthy trade with Cryuslix and Osiri by providing military protection, in exchange for drugs and waffles.
