Background
LA Ice is an artificial island, based on mostly Coke bottles and sand sediment. It was unintentionally created by a number of men, who went out fishing every day in the year of 1970, and drank 3 bottles of Coke each. They littered these into the ocean, where, over time, they sedimented into the ground, and became an island in the shape of a Coke bottle. When this finally happened, the men were no longer alive. It took until 2005 for the nation to be founded, by a Mr. Taylor Rundell, who was in a hot-air balloon at the time. He proclaimed the nation as a colony of Australia, which it still currently resides as. Today, the nation's history of Coca Cola is still remembered, as mosts house have Coke on tap, and the only beer available is based on Coke. Most of the nation are Atheists, with a small number belonging to Protestant and Muslim faith. Whilst the country is still formally known to the United Nations as The Democratic Republic of LA Ice, the nation internally calls itself The Coke Bottle of LA Ice, and it is attempting to make this the official name.
