The Lanerian Capitol Building is the building in which the Lanerian Congress meets. It is located in Worthington, overlooking Lane Park. The location of the building is geographically the highest point in Worthington and the local traffic grid and zoning practices are designed to treat the Capitol as the center of the city, although it is actually north and west of the geographic center. The building's form and location were designed to symbolize the primacy of the legislature even though in modern Laneria the legislature is no longer seen to have a dominant or even equal position with the executive.

The Capitol was designed by William Blackmun and is a prime example of the Neoclassical style of architecture.
