Lesser Antilles Security Council Bill 7 refers to a bill currently at vote in the Lesser Antilles Security Council that aims to establish the Lesser Antilles Passport Union.

Text

1. All passports of citizens of the Community will be issued by the Lesser Antilles Economic Community as well as the state of citizenship. The issueing body will be known as the Lesser Antilles Passport Union.

2. Any applications is passports will be checked on the databases of every Lesser Antilles Economic Community member state under the stipulations of the state issuing the passport.

3. The passport format will be uniform.

(a) Information on the cover:

- the words "Lesser Antilles Economic Community",

- name of the State issuing the passport,

- emblem of the State,

- the word "Passport".

The information will be given in the official language(s) of the State issuing the passport.

(b). The following information will be given on an information page:

1) surname;

2) forename(s);

3) nationality;

4) date of birth;

5) sex;

6) place of birth;

7) date of issue;

8) date of expiry;

9) authority;

10) signature of holder.

This information will be given in the official language(s) of the State issuing the passport and in English. A photograph of the holder will appear on this page.

4. All passports must also include computer readable biometric information of iris and fingerprints scans.
