Leumah is a large water-bound nation currently residing near Noxidom. Due to an unfortunate tectonic disaster, the Isle of Leumah sank into the Moe Sea. Disaster was only just averted, and the populace of Leumah was loaded into the nation's sizeable stockpile of cargo ships. After several years of adapting, Leumah was able to reconfigure its economy, resource base, society and military to survive in its new form. Currently, Leumah has no true capital, governance is carried out from the largest ship in the fleet, a supercarrier.
Efforts are underway to build a floating city, to give the citizens more room to grow, and to reduce the nation's vulnerability to terrorist or military attack. This city will become Leumah's capital. At the moment, Leumah relies on her mining ability to extract large quantities of ore from the ocean, to trade for food and other consumables.
After the death of the Emperor, a council of opportunistic community leaders took over the government of Leumah, but they have been dominated by Zach Smith, a young power hungry engineer.
Despite the conditions in which Leumah took to the seas, her economy continues to grow, and was recently ranked as Frightening in a regional survey.
