A collective of people with no real "nation" to speak of, the Lost Lotherians live in the realm of duty-free and transit lounges. Passed passport control on one end, but unable to go through at the other, they live with free transportation, tax-free materials, and other benefits. Once the population grew too large and the money started running out (ATM's only go so far, you know), the populace formed their own economy, with a rather large GDP for a nation built in an airport.
Anyway, Lost Lotheria is a part of Lancre, and participates in The Lancre Cup.
