The Holy Empire of Lost Doomed Souls, or LDS for short, is a small island in the GameFAQS region.
History
After an attack from an unidentified fleet, The Floating Island of Doomed Lost Souls crashed into the ocean in which it was hovering over. While all of the population is believed to be killed, a secret bunker was stored in the core of the floating island that housed a top secret genetics project. The results, originally designed to be super soldiers, were woken up three months after the attack, and under the leadership of Project Varient Psykosis, had restored part of the systems of the island. To this day, only Presedent Tirnave Spokissy's remains have been found, but the body is missing a head from what appears to have been a decapitation.
Now, Savior Varient Psykosis continues to pledge to find out who was responsible for the attack on the Island one year ago.
Culture
While much of the populations time is dedicated to the rebuilding of the Island, there do exist small enjoyments to satisfy a tired people.
Musically, LDS is known as the home of Industrial Rock group, Surge Formation. Banned in several Nations for their over the top antics at shows (including eatting live animals, Vomiting on the crowd, and having the Bass player, Gorth, blow his Bass to pieces using C4 at the end of the show.), the group is known to gain a decent fallowing in other countries, and a small cult following in far right wing minded Nations.
LDS is also the home of Filmmaker Corgin Kambon. His films are beloved in the country, and has very few (living) critics. His most popular film is 'Victory of the Savior', which portrays a young Varient Psykosis leading his people to the surface of the island after being awaked in the gene lab.
