Newells was once Liverpool England Prime Minister, appointed by outgoing Prime Minister Erfin Caws. In the recent Liverpool England elections, he did not run, instead letting Thomas Douglas run for the National Centrist Board. Douglas has since appointed Newells to be his senior advisor.
