Mars Treaty Organisation

General:

The Mars Treaty Organisation was originally a trade organisation however, poor administration amongst other issues led to it's downfall and eventual closure. Several years later however, with the opening of the Mars Diplomatic Forum, the Mars Treaty Organisation was re-founded with a new un-written charter: to make peace through the planet, to stand tall against all who opposed it and to improve the lives of all MTO citizens. For the first few months, the organisation was administered by United States of Mars who helped set up the organisation. After a resolution was passed which made the leader of the MTo be elected for a three month period, United States of Mars called an election and Alutia won the role of Secretary General. The next election for MTO Secretary general must take place on or before the 4th of Septmember of this year.

MTO Members are free to make proposals which are voted on by MTO members and either passed or rejected. Below is a list of passed Resolutions:
