After a brutal proletariot revolution in Britain, in September 2015, a new Marxist government was formed under the lead of Ross Taylor. Revolutions occured in other nations as well, in Germany (now known as Deutschinreich), Ukraine Vulganov and in Finland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania Socialist Eurasia. They together formed the NCE (New Communist Europe). More recently, the NCE split, which will explained in this article.

History

The history of the new "Marxist Britain" starts back in the year 2010. Ross Taylor formed the Marxist Party. The party quickly grew in support after the Conservative Prime Minister started to privatise healthcare and education, and declared war on Palestine. After embarrasing defeats in the war, the PM and the King came under great pressure from the public. The PM responded to a workers protests by sending in armed police to shoot them. The PM then made opposition partys illegal to make governing Great Britain easier. After 5 long years, the Marxist Party grew in popularity secretly, and plans were made for a revolution. On September 1st 2015, workers and Marxist supporters stormed Buckingham Palace. Alot of the British Army betrayed the Prime Minister and helped the workers. The King and his wife were found hiding in a bush in the garden, they were taken into the front yard, infront of everyone, and then shot in public. The crowd shouted "Hurrah! The Antichrist is dead!". The Prime Minister responded by ordering military strikes on the Palace, the Head of the RAF refused and instead striked 10 Downing Street, killing the Prime Minister.

Taylor then announced the creation of the Peoples Republic of Marxist Britain, and moved Parliament to his hometown in Ipswich, which was renamed Taylorwich. London remained the capital however. Revolutions followed in other countries, and together the PRMB, Socialist Eurasia, Vulganov, and Deutschinreich formed New Communist Europe.

In December Vulganov disagreed with the way the other states wanted the union to run, and as they were the founders of the NCE, they kicked the other nations out.

Vulganov, Deutschinreich, and Socialist Eurasia then formed the Communist Union of Europe. They currently are rivals with the NCE and Capitalist Europe, and are striving to outwit each other and bring about each others downfall.

Geography

Marxist Britain is located in Northern Europe, and before the revolution, was called "Great Britain" or "The United Kingdom". The nation varies in geography, mountains in Scotland and Wales, while a flat landscape in East Anglia and Cornwall.

Economy

87% of property is owned by the state government, and more and more private business's and corparations are being taken over. After the revolution, the government collectivized all the farms, and focused more on Hi-Tech and Heavy industry. However, the main economy boosters still remain in the service sector. Marxist Britain relys alot on its C.U.E allies for oil and gas. Marxist Britain, Socialist Eurasia, and Deutschinreich (CUE members) all share the Marx as the recognised currency.

Politics

Most of the laws and decisions that effect the country are decided in the CUE Parliament in Taylorwich (Ipswich). The government is Marxist, but is currently developing into a more socialist based country as some ideas of communism are not accepted by the government.
