The Masenasi are an indigenous people of Baranxtu. They are unrelated to the main group of indigenous peoples, the Marani, and their historically native language is Masenar, a language quite distinct from all Akes Mersanint languages. The Masenasi are thought to be related to the Phip.
Today, most Masenasi live in the Baranxtuan provinces of Deioprañiva and Āŋ-Dorista.
