Melan (Watatuneetsu)

Melan is home to Watatuneetsu's largest Army trainging facility, training soldiers in armed combat, and preparing them for battle. As well, Melan houses the largest shipyard for constructing Aqua-specific military vehicles in Watatuneetsu. Melan is also an extremely important city in supporting and maintaining the Watani Armed Forces.
