Meredith Gosselin, born Meredith Whannel to parents David and Frida Whannel, is a high-ranking member of
Costa Bravo's Parliament, and
HOP. She rose to office after the twin deaths of
Regent Jonah Jebediah Rudabaugh and
Pierre Mallard. She is the second female HOP, after
Gwenavere Donnelly, who was elected in 1982. She is set to serve out the term of her predecessor, Mallard.
