'''Miervatia''' is the capital of the Confederated City States of [[Mikitivity]] as well as being the largest province of Mikitivity.  Strikingly situated high on a promontory overlooking deep valleys carved by the Sheridan and Ivanova Rivers, the city is composed of a blend of modern architecture and old ruins from the numerous medevial forts, including the city's main attraction, the Bock Casemates, that earned the city state the name "Vault of the North Pacific".  The sheer sided gorges and these forts were key to the city's defenses.  Today visitors from across the globe come to the gardens and charming balconies built along the sides of the old fortess.  The balconies and Bock fortress were added to the UN's World Heritage List in Jan. 2004.
