The Mikitivity Olympic Confederation Committee (MOCC) is the governing body charged with the responsibility of determining and organizing Mikitivity's participation in the Olympic games. Created in 2006 by the Council of Mayors, the committee is composed of two members from each canton in Mikitivity. The head of the MOCC is appointed by the Council of Mayors. The organization is based out of Miervatia City.
