When he graduated from main stream school in 1988 he was instantly in the national news as the most intelligent person in the Empire, scoring full marks in all of his subjects.

He then proceeded to go to the university of Geddon, where he studied history, languages, politics and economics. Upon graduation he was inducted into the then lead political group Democratic Trodenhiem, and he rose through the ranks gaining the recognition of both the late [[Titherius II]] and [[Silas II]], and in 2005 when [[Silas II]] handed over power to a democratic government it was Monte who became the nation's first president, by democratic election. He proceeded to lead the nation for the next year, until in September 2006 when [[Silas II]] siezed power and locked him in his family home.
