Universitus maintains a significant network of Museums across The Allied Empire of Jey. Ranging from 1000 years to 10 years, the museums vary significantly in age as well as their number of artifacts. A Universitus museum is located within nearly every major city in Jey, including: Domz City, Calix City, Das Pass, Fier, Grats, Darlough, Hul, Ul, Tul, Zyzz City, Tarshe City, Cias, Topeton, Wertel, Alen, Depeston, and the City of Universitus, among dozens of other museum sites.

The University's agreement with the museums and the University students allows each student unfettered
access to all museum artifacts, for any purpose, even non-academic. In some cases, these artifacts include some of the most important pieces of Jey's history: including the Treaty of Caxilan, the Treaty of Qualo, and The Peace of Domz. Students have shown overwhelming respect for the privelige of accessing these and other historically and culturally significant artifacts.

The Universitus Museum System is significantly greater than any other museum organization in Jey. The Jevian Government established a museum organization in 4000 (JY), which maintains 1/20th the institutions of Universitus. Nonetheless, recent proposals have been entertained through various giving organizations of Universitus to expand the museum system three fold.
