N000ks are nuclear devices owned by people who probably shouldn't have them for various support, design, or operational reasons and used in ways generally considered 'immature.'

Common example: A brand-new nation, population five million, immediately declares war on the United Nations using a ludicrously large number of nuclear weapons, usually well above a thousand and most often a string of random numerals following a pattern similar to "Elf Only Inn's" Goku66 character's power level (example: 120985701920197).

This will most often result in an IGNORE situation, although sometimes old nations will take the threat seriously and engage in a pacification operation such as Operation Righteous Smackdown. The latter option is riskier, as it could lead to an Allanea-esque situation of a thoroughly outmatched opponent never admitting defeat; however, it can also lead to a Sigma Octavus solution where it vastly improves the new nation involved (assuming that it is not completely glassed over during the Righteous Smackdown).
