The Commonwealth of Nephtali is located in southeastern Sisgardia. It's lands are predominately vast tropical rainforests with some plains and temperate areas in the far west and northwest. There is only one major city, Oleander, which runs for the majority of the western coast of the waterway.

The Commonwealth is an inoffensive centrist democracy. Domestic matters are handled by an elected Senate, while foreign policies are handled by an elected Chancellor. Corporations often exercise extreme political power. This is countered by laws which only allow citizens unaffiliated with the corporations to run for office.
