The Bureaucracy of Cartertonia resides in the North Western part of The Lovely Weather Region. Once a Democratic nation happy in its quiet influence over the region until one day the government collapsed with little reason and for a long time was a collection of socialist states. Eventually the government officials got so powerful and influential the nation transformed into the paperwork ridden mess of red-tape you see today.
