Not so much a secret anymore due to the Public Information Act of 2012 in which any wages garnished for government use must be explained in limited detail to the person in which the funds are being taken. This has led to people being allowed to send their money where they want to.

The Federal Republic of New York and New Jersey has seen an exceptionally slow year in development throughout the nation. Megrath Syndrome which has recently grippped several major industrial centers has grounded exports to human nations to absolutely zero. Government reports of the Syndrome under strict contaiment is welcomed news however and with recent pledge of scientific support from Menelmacar,Syskeyia and other nations economists are expecting a slow return to normal in the export of goods from the heavily industrialized NYNJ.
