Nodong shares much in common with its Mongol counterpart, Spectremia. Its form of of socialism, however, is much more Spartan, providing defense and martial law instead of social services. The cold-war remnant nation is known for stockpiling enormous quantites of weapons of mass destruction, as well as engaging in a wide variety of terrorist activities. Currently Nodong prides itself on having an economy stronger than its two Communist neighbors, MZC and Spectremia.
Nodong is currently attempting to build Paektu-Juche, which will be the tallest skyscraper in East Asia at 1,777 feet. It will house the entire government and administration of Nodong.
Chairman "Dear Leader" Kim Hyun-Tae is known for his material excesses, such as an an entourage of transsexual strippers and an enormous music collection.
