The Province of Oberepyun (literally, Overlord's Land) is a somewhat large province on the coast, the first one founded. It is historically important, holding within its borders Lebrkyo (Freetown), where the first landing was made; Loçñalkyo, the capital and largest city; and Çryupkyo, the sight of the first battle with the wild, indigenous Rorçn.
