The Right Honourable Otto Meyers, MRC (born 14 October 1839) was Hamptonshire's first and only, to date, Prime Minister born outside of Hamptonshire Proper. He was born to Mr. Edwin Meyers, the Hamptonian Minister to Pacitlia, and Mrs. Maria Sazzuglia Meyers (née Antorigali) daughter of a Pacitlian banker.

Otto Meyers, despite only serving as Prime Minister for two years, has made his presence known in Hamptonian history. He was the first, and only, Prime Minister born in a foreign nation (though still on Hamptonian soil). He is also the only Prime Minister to come from Hamptonshire's ethnic Pacitalian minority. He was also the only Prime Minister until Bernard Allenby Sr. to hold a Ministry Portfolio in addition to Office of Prime Minister. Mr. Meyers also holds the record as the longest serving Foreign Minister, holding office from 1886 until 1910.
