Pacitalian English is the form of the English language used in the Democratic Capitalist Republic of Pacitalia and other countries to a lesser extent through populate migration. It is spoken as a first or second language by nearly all Pacitalian residents as one of the two official languages of the nation. Pacitalian English, having been imported as normative English by the government, and formatted to suit cultural boundaries in the Republic, was created to ease communication between Pacitalia and other nations. However, the use of English is now really redundant due to the explosion in popularity of the native language, Pacitalian. Still, tourists and foreigners find Pacitalia much more facilitative due to the largely overwhelming contingent of English-speaking Pacitalians.

Pacitalian English, because of the fact that it was imported and not a natural linguistic occurrence, will seem very formal and thin to the foreign ear. In truth, it is quite substantially more formal than Sarzonian or Hamptonian English, the former of which is a mixture of British and American English. There are hardly any contractions (don't, can't etc.) in Pacitalian English, but there are many unique terms (known as Pacitalianisms). Pronunciation, as mentioned, is very thin and crisp, as Pacitalians tend to pronounce most syllables in a high-class manner.
