History
The founder of this small paradise was also a descendant of Numio. The Princess Pedeka floated off Quaarm on an empty rum cask in search of the perfect sunbathing beach. She found it on the shore of the island Pedekatopia. This spot is along the shore of what is now called Bucolic Bay. The Princess, as leader of the country, is mostly a figurehead and hostess. The populace and government do cater to her whims in most instances though, as long as not too may people are hurt too badly. Each Princess chooses her own replacement and may reign for life or step down as she pleases without scandal. The line is mainly hereditary, but can be discretionary. Every Princess must take the name Princess Pedeka. This is not only to honor the founder and create an atmosphere of stability, but to make things easier on the souvenir and memorabilia industries.
