The Techno Union of Peraguss is a massive, economically powerful nation, notable for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 1.427 billion are ruled with an iron fist by the corrupt, dictatorship government, which oppresses anyone who isn't on the board of a Fortune 500 company. Large corporations tend to be above the law, and use their financial clout to gain ever-increasing government benefits at the expense of the poor and unemployed.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, moralistic, pro-business government stops and the rest of society begins, but it concentrates mainly on Law & Order, although Defence and Commerce are secondary priorities. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 50%. A robust private sector is dominated by the Arms Manufacturing industry.

Background
Peraguss was founded back in January of 2006. It then became apart of the Empires Of Earth Region. It's representatives held many offices including UN delegate, Secretary of Defence, and Moderate Party leader. Peraguss became one of the most powerfullest nations in the EoE due to well funding of the military, and economic success in the area of arms manufacturing. Peraguss's arms manufacturing gave a huge technolgical advantage to Peraguss's militasry machine over other EoE nations. Eventually, many disagreements arose between Peraguss and other EoE nations, mainly Most Great Britannia and JP. Peraguss was eventually banned from the region.
Currently
The Techno Union of Peraguss is a current member of the The Rejected Realms. Even though Peraguss has been moved to a much larger region it is still a heavy weight power in the RR. Peraguss is a very high tech nation. Peraguss's citys rise high above the ground and are built from advanced futuristic architectural designs.

Military
The military af Peraguss is the single most powerfullest force. Unlike the Police, the Military acts as one. The military is often loyal to the people of Peraguss and is often times sent in to protect citizens from elite police who have taken it too far. With Peraguss's massive arms industry, the military is very well equiped and supplied.
