Portshire is the second largest city of Hamptonshire. It is the center of activity on Harrkona Island and the cultural and academic center of the nation. It rivals Seaburg as a center of international finance.

Government
</div>The city of Portshire runs under a mayor-council system of government. The Mayor and members of the City Assembly (MCAs) are elected to two year terms. The city is divided into fifty districts, each electing their own MCA. The remaining nine MCAs are elected from at-large districts. The Mayor and At-large MCAs are elected on even-numbered years. The fifty district MCAs are elected on odd-numbered years.
