Prussiatopia was founded in late April 2005. It resides in Arctic, and is a very active and contributal member to the Arctician Community, especially to the Polar Union organisation.

Prussiatopia was the result of a dissolved empire named "Zimbergia". It was one of 4 new republics, the other three being Makaunasato (dead), New Zimbergia (dead), and Aspergiana. The other three of the four new republics lost ties with Russia, but one of them (Aspergiana) found its way to the Arctic and stayed with Prussiatopia. When Prussiatopia became independent, it stayed resided in Russia, but Russia was becoming overcrouded and Prussiatopia needed new land to conquer, so their people travelled to Greenland accross the Arctician Sea 240 NS Years ago, and took over the entire line of Greenlandic settlements. Prussiatopia is, in terms of area, is consistent of the whole Greenland landmass, plus an additional several Canadian islands, one of the more notable of these is Baffin Island.

Prussiatopia's Economy at the beggining would be rather miserable for today's standards, set by Prussiatopian Economic Revolutions of various forms, and the introduction of 'Open Market' by Upi Upi, who's now dead. Top GDP Per Capita amounts (GDPPC is still the most effective measure for Income Per Person in the Arctic) for then were as follows, Prussiatopia ($2,700), Dinky Applebiscuits ($5,700), and Masechuettes ($17,600). Prussiatopia himself, was once a Free/Open-Market economy, but turned centralist after he realised that before the Open Market was effective, they needed a strong foundation of Centralism (basically the model of USSR). Prussiatopia also introduced further taxes to increase GDP in turn making 'Income' artificially high, when in actuality 50% of the population at that time (about 400 Million) were in Poverty, this was solved with welfare, which today the welfare recieved by people roughly amounts to $7,200 per person.

Greenlandic has recently been illegalised from use in most Major Cities and S.A.R's. A Trans-Arctic railway is being built through Prussiatopia (and parts of the Empire, including Aspergiana, Itsmineallmine, etc), Nerobi, TIB, Novaya Zemlaya, and Severnaya Zemlaya.

Predeccesor State, Prussiatopian Empire

The Prussiatopian "Empire" idea, had started off with the Chris Gillon rule of Extreme-Communist Prussiatopia, in which the plans consisted of conquering Arctic Nations, and declaring them part of an "Empire". Soon, when Chris Gillon was mentioning Prussiatopia in forum posts in and around the Polar Union, he actually meant to refer to conquered nations Aspergiana and Itsmineallmine.

Chris Gillon, over the first 50 NS Years of Prussiatopia's life, conquered 6 Nations in all, Making a population figure of about 1 Billion (with Prussiatopia being the largest of these 6, making up 36% of this at the time).

Chris Gillon soon gave all but 2 Nations (Aspergiana and Itsmineallmine) in the Empire a Centrally-Planned economy. The largest centrally planned economy, then, was Itsmineallmine, but with its uncontrollably (for that time) large economic power, the people soon had the money to otherthrow their own government, and adopted an Anarchy system.

This was stopped in a breif war with Chris Gillon against the Military, who acted as the government during Anarchy. The war ended with Chris Gillon winning, and Itsmineallmine economy was 'reduced' (back then, 'liberated') to Prussiatopian level. Another notable event was the war of Prussiatopian Empire against Upi Upi. Though Prussiatopia could have been well more capable of taking over Upi Upi, than Upi Upi ever had authority in the Arctic, the war had resulted in:
- Them drawing.
- 56 Million unintentional casulties, on both sides.
- A GDP Decline of about 5 - 7% on both sides.
- A Prussiatopian province splitting from the country into another smaller nation, called Rajatarkan.
- A new leader in terms of Highest GDP, who was TIB.
Upon the TIB Revolution, Prussiatopian Trade Surplus had increased, in part because Prussiatopia had exploted TIB's newly 'grown-in-size' manufacturing industry. Prussiatopia acted as an advertisement point for popularising TIB cars accross the Arctic. TIB Economy crashed as a side effect of Over-Investment into Prussiatopia, and Prussiatopia had benefited from their crash.

After all of this, TIB and Upi Upi gained economic strength, the Arctic was changing, and people lost interest in the Empire, with many moving back to the Arctic region for "oppurtunity of a new life". Prussiatopian Centralism soon lost its grip over the empire, it slowly collapsed and then had a long internal war, lasting an NS Decade. Khij III had breif rule resulting in another civil war. P.E. was in Anarchy for 5 NS Years until Yoko won the elections under the 'Socialist-Liberalist' party, now renamed the 'Communist-Socialists'. Many nations had died in the Arctic until Nerobi came along with his small empire, elevating Arctic population to 50 Nation. It created new jobs internally (inside the former P.E.) as well. With the Arctic v. The Arctic war recently ending, we had support from Nerobi in fighting the war.

Some History of our Educational System

Prussiatopia at one point during Chris Gillon rule had a 100% Educational funding. People from that era during that point in time who still live today have the Most PhD's recorded in the History of Polar Union. The record is held by Mikhail Yukos, who holds a PhD in Chemistry, English, History, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Human Biology, Psychology, Geography, Semitology, World History, Prussiatopian History, Economics, Law, and Computing Sciences. He currently runs the best state Uni. in Prussiatopia, 'Grand Sickle University of Borderton'. It ranks as Third best post-Secondary Educatonal Establishment in the P.U, next to TIB's "University of The Grand Arts TIB" and Zemlayan "Prostikya Technology School", and it gets about 78,000 forgien students a year Studying from Foundation Degree to PHD, in about 67 of 80 Subjects on offer.

Structure/Framework of Educational System

Primary Education
Ages: 4 - 11.
Primary Education introduces 5 basic subjects to the corriculum, Maths, English, PE, ICT, and Science. There is a lot of provision made for Dyslexic and Autistic pupils, to make sure the Dyslexics are counted in the Literacy census, and Autistic's Abilities are not ignored. They have to take an exam at about 10 years of age, called 'PSED' (Prussiatopian Secondary-Education Determiner), it determines what they're destined for in future education. If they score above 50%, they will go to a Standard Secondary Establishment (SSE), if they score above 80% in any subject, that subject will be tooken into concideration, and they are eligable to go to a Subject-Specific College (SSC), while also learning English/Math at their own individual level. If they score above 80% in most/all subjects, they will go to an Above-Standard Secondary Educational Institution (ASSEI). In the last census, about 1:3 pupils managed to get into a SSC/ASSEI after getting the required results in tests.

Secondary Education/Early Tertiary
Ages: 12 - 18 (in rare cases, an extra year if they wish to resit their FHE/FD exam).
Even though they will get the oppurtunity to go to different Establishments beyond Primary, their coursework and examinations will all be the same and standardised. ASSEI studets also get to sit their FHE course and exam early. FHE stands for Foundation Higher Education, it is equivalent to English AS-Level/Scottish Higher. FD stands for Foundation Degree, equivelent to Scottish Advanced-Higher/English A2 (Complete A-Level). Examinations come in 4 different levels, and in the lower of the three, two sub-levels.

PHEC (Prussiatopian High-School Education Certificate)

"Uni-Bound" (the upper of the two sub-levels)

This was set up a few NS decades ago to encourage lower attaining students to continue with Post-16 Education

FHE (Foundation Higher Education)

Students who enter this are normally either in an ASSEI school and are doing it at the same time SSE students do their PHEC's, or are SSE students who've done their PHEC's (and got above a C/D) wanting to go further.

B         Entry into Some Universities, and into a good FD programme (like Physics).
C         Entry into Poorly Performing Universities, and into most FD programme's.
D         Absolute minimum for entry into any FD programme. No Uni's accept this yet. Pass.

FD (Foundation Degree)

Basically anybody who got a D, or in more common cases, C's, in FHE's and want to move on. If you do well in this, you can skip the 1st year of Uni.

Borderton as a S.A.R. is basically above the law and can choose wether to follow Prussiatopian policy or not.

Independence: April 2005 from the Dictatorship of Zimbergia.

Assessment: Has been revamped, and every aspect is up to world average standard.

Domestic: Mainly fibre-optic cables with much use of Microwave relay, and also a still-growing Cellular network.

International: Country Code: 13244; 1 PolarSat and 12 Ground-Stations in use, about 50 fibre-optic under-ground/ocean cables in use for communication with external countries such as Novaya Zemlaya.
