The most interesting point in Pure Evil's history came in mid-2003 when the nation hatched a plot with SeOCC to use the Pure Evil currency, the World Dollar, to leverage large quantities of, and hopefully destabilize, the Menelmacari credit, and the economies of the WBO along with it. Unfortunately for Pure Evil and SeOCC, Angstian intelligence caught wind of the plot.
Led by Menelmacar, the WBO quickly moved to counter, jointly declaring that the World Dollar would not be accepted as valid currency in WBO markets under any circumstances.
