Random Kingdom, like I said above, is the smallest region in the Golden Hills (a small region, ironically). In its capital of Confusion City, people don't know whether the majority speak English, Randopolae or Some Unconfirmed. In fact, they're still shaken by the move from Randominian Republic and don't know what will happen next.
