After the Shadow War, the original split-off party replaced the Conservative Party, which was banned with its members imprisoned in Lavenrunz, witth the self-styled "moderate" conservatives who broke away from the original conservative party at the core of its leadership. Nowadays it is in coalition with the SLP headed by the charismatic ex-Knootian Prime Minister Galadriël Táralóm nos Círdan. The elf has led the conservatives to a more radically pro-market course.
