The Republic of Trilan is a peaceful large nation of 2 billion people made up of multinational ethnic groups from all over the world. It is a nation where racism and prejudice have been systematically eliminated by policies of liberal progressive attitudes. Though a direct democracy is not in existance the nation relies on its elected parliament and chancellorships to maintain its order. The Republic of Trilan is a nation that endorses pacifism. Though it does posess a small military for defense it is not in the act of exercising military might despite its large capability to do so. For the Republic and its people, remaining more neutral and isolated allows it to act more freely in its own interests.
