The Holy Empire of Resadyn, though theoretically ruled by the Emporer, is in fact dominated by massive corporations, who keep the Emporer to serve as a figurehead. An Emporer retains some power, however, and is still considered the commander-in-chief of all Imperial Armed Forces.
