Rick Delski

Rick Delski was born in The United States of America and for the first 22 years of his life was a normal person by any standard. In 1989 Delski dropped out of his computer science studies and made his way to the former United Slavic Socialist Union (USSU) to carve out a Socialist paradise in the confusion of the collaspe of the USSU. He brought a group of fellow students with him, including Bowser McTuddle,Dante N'Ortel,Austin Providence,Dinty Moore,James Murray and Bob DeBilldar. Finding a pocket of English-speaking farmers deep in the more temperate areas of Freezeria, Delski united them to form the first incarnation of the Colimbican People's Worker Party (CPWP), the Columbican People's Worker Liberation Front (CPWLF). After 3 months of indifferent warfare (the crumbling government of the USSU's official statement was "good riddance"), the CPWLF was reformed as the CPWP and the United Socialist States of Columbica was founded.

Delski has served one and a half 10 year terms as Zeroeth Comrade and Chaiman of the Columbican People's Worker Party since 1989 and expects to be re-elected to his third term in another 99.9% landslide in 2009.

Recent News
Rumors of poor mental health have hounded the Zeroeth Comrade as of late. It is said his younger brother, Austin Providence, is attempting to put together the support for a coup.
