Rudolfo Axel Davinson

The Second Secretary of the Ba'ath Arab Socialist Party and also the Vice-Chairman of the Council of State of the Arab Republic of Karuchea. Rudolfo Axel Davinson is Spanish, unlike most of the Party which is Arabic. Despite this, he has worked his way up the ranks even during the Arab Nationalist period which was typically viewed as Anti-German and Anti-Spanish. He joined the military in 1994, when he turned 17 and was a major organizer in protesting the Hafez Al-Akim regime. When he turned 18 he became an aid to Mohammed Nyerere. Despite playing little role in the Revolution, he was given a large post for organizing society and the party hierarchy in the post-revolutionary government. He is said to be personally trusted by Mohammed Nyerereand to be like "the son he never had". Thus, when the First Conference of the Central Committee of the Ba'ath Arab Socialist Party convened, he was chosen as the Second Secretary, which was followed by the Council of State choosing him as the Vice-Chairman. These two posts make him second-in-command behind Nyerere and it is said that he is the chosen successor to him. The fact that he is not Arab is a cause for much controversy, despite his strong belief in Arab Unity and his devout belief in Islam, it is questioned whether a non-Arab can successfully lead an Arab Republic.
