Rudolfo Axel Davinson

The Second Secretary of the Communist Party of Karuchea and also the Vice-Chairman of the Council of State of the People's Democratic Republic of Karuchea. Rudolfo Axel Davinson is Spanish, unlike most of the Party which is Arabic. Despite this, he has worked his way up the ranks even during the Arab Nationalist period which was typically viewed as Anti-German and Anti-Spanish. He joined the Communist Party in 1994, when he turned 17 and was a major organizer in protesting the Hafez Al-Akim regime. When he turned 18 he joined the military and became an aid to Bashar Al-Mohamet. Despite playing little role in the 2003 Revolution, he was given a large post for organizing society and the party hierarchy in the post-revolutionary government. He is said to be personally trusted by Bashar Al-Mohametand to be like "the son he never had". Thus, when the First Conference of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Karuchea convened, he was chosen as the Second Secretary, which was followed by the Council of State choosing him as the Vice-Chairman. These two posts make him second-in-command behind Bashar and it is said that he is the chosen successor to him.
