Saikyo is the capital of Gurenn and, with a population of about 30 million, Gurenn's largest city. It lies in Saichiho.

History
It became Gurenn's capital in 1600.
Geography
Saikyo is centered to the west of Gurenn.
Economy
The city has a strong local economic base, especially in the insurances industries. Hoken Insurances and Kanraku Cheese have their headquarters here.
Places of interest
Saikyo lies at the foot of Mount Fukyuu. It is famous for it's otaku neighbourhood, Otakutento.
Politics and government
It is ruled by the Emperor of Gurenn, Giovanni Nnelg.

There are several schools in Saikyo, most notably Saikyo University.
